دور السياحة المجتمعية في التنمية الريفية: دراسة حالة على محافظة الأحساء The Role of Community-Based Tourism in Rural Development: A Case Study of Al-Ahsa Governorate

تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في دور السياحة المجتمعية (CBT) في التنمية الريفية، ولهذا الغرض تم اختيار محافظة الأحساء كسياق جغرافي. عليه أُجريت مقابلات نوعية وجهًا لوجهه مع (24) فردًا من المجتمع المحلي في الأحساء ممن لهم ارتباط مباشر بالأنشطة السياحية (مثل أصحاب المزارع، الأسر المنتجة...)، والمجموعات التي ليس لها ارتباط مباشر بالسياحة (مثل النشطاء في المجال البيئي والاجتماعي...). تم تبني المنهج الكيفي التفسيري، واستخدمت البنائية الاجتماعية كإستراتيجية من أجل البناء والفهم المشترك وتوليد معرفة مشتركة حول السياحة المجتمعية والتنمية الريفية. وأظهرت نتائج البحث ضعف الوعي التنموي وتراجع مستويات رأس المال الاجتماعي في الريف كأبرز المحددات التي قد تقلل من فرص الاستفادة المثلى من دور السياحة المجتمعية في قيادة الفعل التنموي في الأرياف، على الرغم من الفرص والممكنات التي يزخر بها الريف في الأحساء كعناصر قوة قادرة على تنويع القاعدة الاقتصادية وبناء انسان التنمية في الريف. وأوصت هذه الدراسة بتبني مشاريع لبناء وتشكيل الوعي التنموي، وقياس العلاقات والشبكات الاجتماعية من أجل التعامل مع المحددات التي كشفت عنها نتائج هذا البحث. وتكتسب هذه الدراسة أهمية كونها أول دراسة معمقة تبحث في العلاقة بين السياحة المجتمعية والتنمية الريفية في سياق جغرافي طرفي (محافظة الأحساء).
The study aims to investigate the role of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) in rural development, and for this purpose, Al-Ahsa Governorate was chosen as a geographical context. Accordingly, face-to-face qualitative interviews were conducted with (24) individuals from the local community in Al-Ahsa who have a direct relationship with tourism activities (such as farm owners, productive families...), and groups that have no direct relationship with tourism (such as environmental and social activists...). The interpretive qualitative approach was adopted, and social constructionism was used as a strategy for building, understanding and generating common knowledge about CBT and rural development. The research results showed weak development awareness and declining levels of social capital in the countryside as the most prominent determinants that may reduce the opportunities for optimal benefit from the role of community tourism in leading development action in rural areas, despite the opportunities and potentials that the countryside abounds in Al-Ahsa as elements of strength capable of diversifying the economic base and building a human being for development in the countryside. This study recommended adopting projects to build and shape development awareness and measuring social relationships and networks in order to deal with the determinants revealed by the results of this research. This study is important because it is the first in-depth study that examines the relationship between Community- Based Tourism and rural development in a peripheral geographical context (Al-Ahsa Governorate).
