التعرض للإرث الرقمي للمتوفيين على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وتأثيراته الاجتماعية والنفسية على ذويهم "دراسة ميدانية" Exposure to the Digital Legacy of Deceased Individuals on Social Media and Its Social and Psychological Impacts on Their Loved Ones: A Field Study

يهدف البحث إلى فهم ورصد التأثيرات الاجتماعية والنفسية –إيجابا وسلبا-  لذوي المتوفين وأصدقائهم المقربين نتيجة التعرض للإرث الرقمي الخاص بهم على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومعرفة أنماط وأشكال تعاملهم مع هذا الإرث الرقمي وما يحققه من إشباعات متعددة. وتنتمي الدراسة إلى حقل الدراسات الوصفية، مستخدمة منهج المسح الميداني على عينة قوامها 446 مفردة، كما اعتمدت في جمع البيانات على استمارة الاستقصاء الإلكترونية، وقد توصلت إلى أن الإرث الرقمي للمتوفى يساعد في الحفاظ على الذكرى العاطفية وتقوية الروابط بين أفراد العائلة والأصدقاء، ويتيح للأفراد التعبير عن مشاعرهم والتواصل مع الآخرين ممن فقدوا نفس الشخص، كما كشفت الدراسة أن درجة القرابة تؤدي دورًا مهمًا في التأثير العاطفي حيث كان الأقارب من الدرجة الأولى أكثر تأثرًا نفسيًا مقارنة بغيرهم، ومن الناحية الاجتماعية، كان الذكور أكثر تأثرًا اجتماعيًا من الإناث بسبب انخراطهم الأكبر في الأنشطة المجتمعية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي والتخطيط المسبق للإرث الرقمي لتقليل الأثر النفسي السلبي على ذوي المتوفى، وأن تعمل منصات التواصل على تطوير سياسات أكثر وضوحًا وإنسانية بشأن حسابات المتوفيين، مع ضرورة وضع إرشادات أخلاقية وقانونية لنشر محتوى المتوفيين لضمان احترام خصوصيتهم ومشاعر أسرهم.
he research aims to explore and monitor the social and psychological impacts—both positive and negative—on the bereaved and close friends of the deceased as a result of exposure to their digital legacy on social media platforms. It also seeks to identify the patterns and forms of interaction with this digital legacy and the various gratifications it provides. The study falls within the field of descriptive research and employed a field survey methodology on a sample of 446 individuals. Data were collected using an online questionnaire. The findings revealed that the digital legacy of the deceased contributes to preserving emotional memories and strengthening bonds among family members and friends. It also enables individuals to express their emotions and connect with others who have lost the same person. The study further indicated that the degree of kinship plays a significant role in emotional impact, with first-degree relatives experiencing more intense psychological effects than others. On the social level, males were found to be more socially affected than females, attributed to their greater involvement in community activities. The study also recommended raising public awareness and promoting proactive planning for digital legacy to mitigate the negative psychological impact on the bereaved.
