تأمين المعلومات الإلكترونية بمكتبات جامعة الأزهر: المكتبة المركزية نموذجاً Securing Electronic Information in Al-Azhar University Libraries: The Central Library as Example

تهدف الدراسة إلى تأمين المعلومات الإلكترونية بالمكتبة المركزية بجامعة الأزهر وحمايتها من المخاطر الإلكترونية التي يمكن أن تهددها؛ وذلك من خلال الكشف عن المخاطر الإلكترونية التي يمكن أن تواجه كلاً من التطبيقات والبرامج المثبتة على أجهزة الكمبيوتر بالمكتبة المركزية بجامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة، وملفات البيانات والمعلومات المخزنة عليها، وكذلك الشبكات، بالإضافة إلى رصد التأمين التشغيلي للأجهزة وبيان الدور الذي تقوم به المكتبة في تعزيز الأمان الإلكتروني لكلٍّ من موظفي المكتبة ومجتمع المستفيدين، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها: تنوع فئات العاملين بالمكتبة، حيث بلغ إجمالي موظفي المكتبة 51 موظفاً؛ يمثل عدد الإناث 26، وعدد الذكور25، منهم مدير المكتبة وأختصاصيون وفنيون وعددهم 27 بمعدل 53% من إجمالي موظفي المكتبة، و17 إداريين وكَتَبَة بمعدل 33%، وآخرين وعددهم 7 بمعدل 14%، بالإضافة إلى عدم قدرة 98% من أجهزة الحاسب الآلي بالمكتبة على تحديث نظم التشغيل الخاصة بها، وكذلك صعوبة تحديد احتياجات المكتبة من البرامج والتطبيقات التي قد تساعد في تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لمجتمع المستفيدين، كما أن احتمالية تعرض أجهزة الحاسب الآلي بالمكتبة للمخاطر الرقمية يعد أمراً شبه حتمياً؛ لعدم توافر خطة استراتيجية فعالة لتعزيز الأمان الرقمي لتلك الأجهزة، بالإضافة إلى ضعف الأساليب والممارسات التي تستخدمها إدارة المكتبة في توعية وتثقيف كلاً من موظفي المكتبة ومجتمع المستفيدين، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اتجاه المكتبة نحو التخزين السحابي للملفات الضرورية، وكذلك إعداد خطة استراتيجية فعالة تعمل على تعزيز الأمان الرقمي لأجهزة الحاسب الآلي بالمكتبة لتفادي المخاطر الرقمية والتقليل من آثارها، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تعزيز الوعي بأمن المعلومات الإلكترونية لكلاً من موظفي المكتبة ومجتمع المستفيدين.
    The study aims to secure electronic information in the Central Library at Al-Azhar University and protect it from electronic risks that could threaten it. This is done by detecting the electronic risks that may face both the applications and programs installed on the computers of the central library at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, and the data files and information stored on them, as well as the networks, in addition to monitoring the operational security of the devices and explaining the role that the library plays in enhancing electronic security. For both the library staff and the user community, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the study reached many results, including: the diversity of the categories of library employees, as the total number of library employees reached 51 library employees; The number of females is 26, and the number of males is 25, including the library director, 27 specialists and technicians, representing 53% of the total library employees, 17 administrators and clerks representing 33%, and 7 others, representing 14%, in addition to the inability of 98% of the library’s computers to update its operating systems, as well as the difficulty of determining the library's needs for programs and applications that may help improve the level of services provided to the beneficiary community, and the possibility of library computers being exposed to digital risks is almost inevitable; Due to the lack of an effective strategic plan to enhance the digital security of these devices, in addition to the weakness of the methods and practices used by the library administration in raising awareness and educating both the library staff and the beneficiary community, the study recommended the need for the library to move towards cloud storage of necessary files, as well as preparing an effective strategic plan that works to enhance Digital security of library computers to avoid digital risks and reduce their effects, in addition to the need to enhance awareness of electronic information security for both library employees and the beneficiary   community.
