ان من بواعث اهتمام الباحث بموضوع هذا البحث هو  تقديم اطاراً نظريا برؤية متكاملة عن مدى استفادة المنظمات الأهلية للبرامج والتطبيقات الرقمية وقدرتها على استخدام منظومه التحول الرقمي ومدى فاعليتها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية واستدامتها  في محاولة للخروج بمجموعه من الدروس المستفادة من الواقع العملي وتقديم بعض المعايير أو الارشادات التي تساعد المؤسسات والمنظمات على تطبيق منظومة التحول الرقمى وزيادة  كفاءة وجودة جهودها ، وفي ظل مواكبة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية للتحول الرقمـي، وتمشيا مع رؤية مصر للتنمية المستدامة  و في ضوء الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمي 2030، والتطورات التي شهدها العالـم ظهرت الحاجة  الملحة إلى الاستفادة من التقنية كوسيلة مساعدة على تجاوز كثير من التحديات والأزمات التي تواجه كثير من المؤسسات، من هنا تحـددت قـضية البحث في الوقوف على متطلبات تطبيق التحول الرقمى بالمنظمات الأهلية كمدخل لتحقيق الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمى وهى دراسة وصفية، توصلت نتائجها الى عدد من المتطلبات منها تعزيز نشر الثقافه الرقمية، إعادة تقييم استراتيجية المؤسسة بشكل دوري للتوافق في عملية التحول الرقمي، تغطية الموارد البشرية والإدارية والمهنية المطلوبة،توفير التمويل للمنظمات من أجل استراتيجية التحول الرقمي، تسهيل أعباء التعامل مع المشكلات المرتبطة بالتمويل، وهناك عدد من المعوقات تمثلت فى قلة أعداد المتدربين للتعامل مع التطبيقات والبرامج الحديثة،عدم وجود اداره للدعم الفني وتقديم الاستشارات المهنية، ضعف التمويل اللازم الموجه للبرامج، صعوبة اللغة المستخدمة في الأنشطة والبرامج الأجنبية.
One of the researchers’ interest in the subject of this research is to provide a theoretical framework with an integrated vision on the extent to which civil organizations benefit from digital programs and applications and their ability to use the digital transformation system and the extent of their effectiveness in achieving development goals and their sustainability in an attempt to come up with a set of lessons learned from practical reality and provide some standards or guidelines. Which helps institutions and organizations implement the digital transformation system and increase the efficiency and quality of their efforts, and in light of the social service profession keeping pace with digital transformation, and in line with Egypt’s vision for sustainable development and in light of the national strategy for digital transformation 2030, and the developments that the world has witnessed, the urgent need to benefit from technology as a means has emerged. Help to overcome many of the challenges and crises facing many Institutions. Hence, the research issue was determined to determine the requirements for implementing digital transformation in civil society organizations as an entry point to achieving the national strategy for digital transformation. It is a descriptive study, the results of which reached a number of requirements, including enhancing the dissemination of digital culture, periodically re-evaluating the organization’s strategy for compatibility in the digital transformation process, Covering the required human, administrative and professional resources, providing funding to organizations for the digital transformation strategy, facilitating the burden of dealing with problems related to funding, and there are a number of obstacles represented in the small number of trainees to deal with modern applications and programs, the lack of a technical support department and the provision of professional consultations, weak funding. Necessity directed to the programs, difficulty of the language used in foreign activities and programs.
