هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد درجة مراعاة مقرر الكفايات اللغوية للخصائص النمائية للطالبات من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض.. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي, حيث تمثل مجتمع البحث في البحث الحالي في جميع معلمات المرحلة الثانوية التابعات للإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة الرياض وعددهن 815 معلمة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1443ه.و تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من جميع معلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الثانوية التابعات لمكتب تعليم غرب الرياض البالغ عددهن  63 معلمة ، وطبقت عليهن الاستبانة التي تم قياس صدقها وثباتها .وتوصل البحث إلى أن درجة مراعاة مقرر الكفايات اللغوية للخصائص النمائية للطالبات من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض متحققة بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغت قيمة المتوسط الوزني للدرجات الكلية على الاستبانة 3.180 بانحراف معياري 1.079، وجاء في الترتيب الأول الجانب العقلي بمتوسط وزني 3.769 وانحراف معياري 1.010 ومتحقق بدرجة كبيرة، وفي الترتيب الثاني جاء الجانب الاجتماعي بمتوسط وزني 3.400 وانحراف معياري 1.125 ومتحقق بدرجة كبيرة، وفي الترتيب الثالث جاء الجانب الانفعالي بمتوسط وزني 3.373 وانحراف معياري 1.044 ومتحقق بدرجة متوسطة، وفي الترتيب الرابع والأخير جاء الجانب الجسدي بمتوسط وزني 2.179 وانحراف معياري 1.135 ومتحقق بدرجة ضعيفة. وأوصت الباحثة بتخصيص مقررات أو فصول في برامج إعداد المعلمات وكليات التربية لتنمية الوعي بخصائص نمو الطالبات في المراحل المختلفة ومن ثم تدريبهن على الاستراتيجيات التطبيقية لمراعاة ذلك في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم , واعتماد وزارة التعليم لقوائم الخصائص النمائية لكل مرحلة تعليمية في كافة أبعادها ومن ثم تطبيق عمليتي الرقابة والتقويم في ضوئها .
This research aims to determine the degree to which the linguistic competencies course take into account the developmental characteristics of female students from the point of view of secondary school teachers in Riyadh. The descriptive survey method was used. The research population, in the current research, includes all secondary school teachers in Riyadh, who numbered 815 in the second semester of the 1443 AH academic year. The main research sample consisted of all 63 female teachers of Arabic language in the secondary stage of the West Riyadh Education Office. A questionnaire was applied to them. Before applying the questionnaire, it was made valid and reliable were measured. The research found that the degree of taking into account the language competencies course of the developmental characteristics of female students from the point of view of secondary school teachers in Riyadh was achieved at a medium degree. The weighted average value of the total scores in the questionnaire was 3.180, with a standard deviation of 1.079. The mental aspect achieved the first rank, with a weighted average of 3.769 and a standard deviation 1.010; it achieved a large degree. The social aspect achieved the second rank, with a weighted average of 3.400 and a standard deviation of 1.125; it achieved a large degree. The emotional aspect achieved a third place, with a weighted average of 3.373 and a standard deviation of 1.044; it achieved a moderate degree.  The physical aspect achieved the fourth rank, with a weighted average of 2.179 and a standard deviation of 1.135; it achieved a poor degree. The researcher recommended allocating courses or classes in the programs of preparing female teachers and colleges of education to develop awareness of the characteristics of the development of female students in the different stages of their life. It is also recommended to train them in applied strategies to take this into account in the teaching and learning processes. The Ministry of Education is recommended to approve the lists of developmental characteristics for each educational stage in all its dimensions. The two processes of supervision and evaluation should be applied in the light of these lists.
