التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية وعي شباب الجامعات بخطورة الشائعات Professional intervention in a way of Organizing Society to Develop University Youth awareness of the danger of rumors

 تعد الشائعات عنصرًا مهما في تکوين الثقافات البشرية وهي من الظواهر الاجتماعية السلبية المنتشرة في المجتمعات، وخاصة عندما تکون بيئة انتشارها وسريانها في المجتمع أحدى سمات عصر الثورة التکنولوجية وابتکار التقنيات الاتصالية الحديثة.  يتزايد اهمية المشکلة البحثية في ظل الوضع الراهن حيث أن الشائعات من الظواهر الاجتماعية البارزة في المجتمع المصري، وخاصة بعد قيام ثورة ٢٥ يناير ٢٠١١ وفي ظل عدم الاستقرار الذي اعقب الثورة، وما يمکن ان تؤديه تلک الشائعات من تدهور وعدم تماسک وخفض الروح المعنوية، کما تنبعث أهمية الدراسة من الفئات الشبابية لأنهم اکثر استخدما للأنترنت وبالتالي يرتبط سوء الاستخدام ببعض من الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع في زيادة وعي شباب الجامعات بالمخاطر الاجتماعية وکذلک المخاطر الاقتصادية بالإضافة إلي المخاطر السياسية والدينية وکذلک التعرف على أسباب الشائعات وطرق مواجهتها .
   ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلي ضرورة توسيع قانون صارم يجرم أي شخص يصدر أو يتداول معلومة خاطئة إلکترونية قد تمس أفراد أو مؤسسات أو حتى الدولة، وکذلک ضرورة إطلاق حملة توعية واسعة النطاق وتکون على مستوى الدولة ، هدفها الأساسي هو مکافحة الإشاعة، ويتم ذلک بالتعاون مع مؤسسات الدولة عن طريقة إقامة الندوات والمحاضرات والدورات المتعلقة بهذا الشأن .
Rumors are an important element in the formation of human cultures and are among the negative social phenomena prevalent in societies, especially when the environment for its spread and transmission in society is one of the features of the era of the technological revolution and the innovation of modern communication technologies. The importance of the research problem is increasing in light of the current situation, as rumors are among the prominent social phenomena in the Egyptian society, especially after the revolution of January 25, 2011 and in light of the instability that followed the revolution, and the deterioration, lack of cohesion and lowering morale that these rumors can lead to. The importance of the study from the youth groups because they are more users of the Internet and therefore misuse is linked to some psychological and social effects.The study aimed to identify the impact of the professional intervention program in the way of organizing society in raising the awareness of university youth about social risks as well as economic risks in addition to political and religious risks, as well as identifying the causes of rumors and ways to confront them.The study found the need to expand a strict law criminalizing any person who issues or circulates false electronic information that may affect individuals, institutions, or even the state, as well as the need to launch a wide-ranging awareness campaign at the state level, its main objective is to combat rumor, and this is done in cooperation with state institutions On the method of holding seminars, lectures and courses related to this matter.
