تنمية بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة للاطفال مرض السکر بمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة بإستخدام برنامج المسرح العرائسى Development of some life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes - Puppet Theater Program

هدف البحث إلى  تصميم برنامج  مسرح عرائسى   لتنمية بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة   (الحفاظ على الذات  ,  العقلية المعرفية  ,الاجتماعية  , والانفعالية)  لدى الاطفال  مرضى السکر  فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة ,إعداد مقياس  مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور للاطفال مرضى السکر  بمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة  , التحقق من فاعلية  برنامج  المسرح العرائسى   في تنمية بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة  للاطفال مرضى السکربمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة ,  تکونت عينه البحث من  ( 30)  طفلا وطفله من الاطفال فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة والذين يتلقون العلاج بمعهد السکروالغدد الصماء جامعة القاهرة , من 5 :6 سنوات , مقسمين بين 15 مجموعه تجريبية ,15 مجموعه ضابطة, إستخدمت الباحثة الادوات الاتية وهى  اختبار إجلال سرى لقياس ذکاء طفل الروضة مقياس مهارات  إدارة الحياة المصور للاطفال مرضى السکربمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة  (إعداد/ الباحثة) ,بطاقة ملاحظة سلوکيات الأطفال لمهارات  إدارة الحياة بواسطة مرافق الطفل مريض السکر  (إعداد/ الباحثة) , برنامج المسرح العرائسى لتنمية  مهارات إدارة الحياة للاطفال مرضى السکر فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة  (إعداد/ الباحثة) , وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين القبلى والبعدى لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسى  على  مقياس مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور  للاطفال مرضى السکر فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة ، لصالح القياس البعدي ,توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب  درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين القبلى والبعدى لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسى على  بطاقة ملاحظة إدارة الحياة لمرافق الاطفال مرضى السکر  فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة ، لصالح القياس البعدي ,توجد فروق  ذات دلالة إحصائية  بين متوسط  رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية وأطفال المجموعة الضابطة فى القياس البعدى، لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج  المسرح العرائسى   على مقياس مهارات  إدارة الحياة  المصور للاطفال مرضى السکر  فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية  فى القياس البعدى ,وجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط رتب  درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية وأطفال المجموعة الضابطة فى القياس البعدى، لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسى   على بطاقة ملاحظة  إدارة الحياة لمرافق الاطفال مرضى السکر فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية فى القياس البعدى,لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط  رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسى على مقياس مهارات  إدارة الحياة المصور  للاطفال مرضى السکر فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة,لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط  رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسى على بطاقة ملاحظة  إدارة الحياة لمرافق الاطفال مرضى السکر فى مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة.
The aim of the research is to design a Puppet Theater Program to develop some life management skills (self-preservation, cognitive, social, and emotional mentality skills) for children with early childhood diabetes, preparing an illustrated scale of life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes, and checking the effectiveness of a puppet theater program in developing some life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes.The research sample consisted of (30) children early childhood who receive treatment at the Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology, Cairo University, from 5: 6 years, divided into 15 experimental groups, 15 control groups.The researcher used tools: a Igelal Serri test to measure kindergarten child intelligence - " illustrated life management scale for children with early childhood diabetes (prepared by the researcher), a card for observing children's behaviors associated with" life management skills by companion of diabetic child (prepared by the researcher), puppet theater program for developing life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes (Prepared by the researcher)The results of the research resulted in:There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the illustrated life management scale for children with diabetes in early childhood, in favor of post-measurement,There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the life management monitoring card for facilities of children with diabetes in early childhood, in favor of post-measurement,There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group and the children of the control group in the post-measurement of applying the activities of the pupit theater program on the illustrated life management scale for children with diabetes in early childhood in favor of the experimental group in the  post-measurement,There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group and the children of the control group in the post-measurement of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on life management monitoring card for facilities of children with diabetes in early childhood in favor of the experimental group in the  post-measurement, There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the children of the experimental group in the two post and tracking measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the illustrated life management scale for children with early childhood diabetes,There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the children of the experimental group in the two post and tracking measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the life management monitoring card for facilities of children with early childhood diabetes.
