مشکلات الحدود: "الألزاس واللورين والسار" (1871 ـ 1919) نموذجا()

تُعد قارة أوروبا في مقدمة قارات العالم التي تميزت بالعديد من النزاعات حول مناطق الحدود، خاصة منذ القرن التاسع عشر. کان من أهمها النزاع الفرنسي الألماني حول الألزاس، واللورين، والسار بين عامي 1871 و1919، أي منذ معاهدة فرانکفورت 1871 التي أُجبرت بموجبها فرنسا بعد هزيمتها في الحرب السبعينية على التنازل عن الإلزاس واللورين لصالح ألمانيا، بالإضافة إلى بقاء إقليم السار تحت السيادة الألمانية، حتى تعود فرنسا لفرض سيادتها مرة أخرى على تلک المناطق بموجب معاهدة فرساي 1919 بعد هزيمة ألمانيا في الحرب العالمية الأولى. وتعود أهمية البحث إلى أنه يعالج موضوعا من الموضوعات الحيوية في تاريخ أوروبا الحديث. کان له دورا کبيرا في تهديد استقرار القارة الأوروبية والعالم في أواخر القرن التاسع عشر وأوائل القرن العشرين. وتتمثل أهداف البحث في إيضاح دور مشکلات الحدود في ظهور النزاع الفرنسي الألماني منذ معاهدة فرانکفورت 1871 وحتى معاهدة فرساي 1919. وهو ما أدى إلى وجود أحد أهم وأصعب المشاکل الدائمة في العلاقات الدولية في أواخر القرن التاسع عشر وأوائل القرن العشرين.

The aims of the research is to clarify the role of border problems in the emergence of French-German conflict Frankfurt Treaty since 1871 and until 1919 the Treaty of Versailles, which led to the existence of one of the most important and the most difficult problems of permanent international relations in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century.
