فن بناء الدولة بين صحيح الإسلام وبين تطرف الجماعات الإرهابية

يعرض البحث لمفهوم وأرکان وأنواع الدول ، ويعرض لأهم أرکان الدولة التي أسسها الرسول r بعد الهجرة ، فقد تعرضنا لقيامها على أساس تعاقدى، رضائي، دستورى، وقامت على سيادة القانون، واصدار الأحکام والقرارات من خلال ما يسمي الآن المؤسسات الدستورية ، وذلک فيما لم يرد فيه نص أو وحي ، وکانت دولة تعددية تقوم على تحقيق السلام للجميع ، والتعايش السلمي وحقوق الإنسان للجميع مسلمين وغير مسلمين هذه الخصائص والأرکان وغيرها انفردت بها دولة المدينة المنورة خلال حکم الرسول r والخلفاء الراشدين من بعده ، ولم تتحقق بهذا الشکل في أي دولة حتى اليوم ثم عرضت للتشوهات الفکرية في مفهوم وبناء الدولة عند الجماعات المتطرفة والإرهابية التي تدعى زورا وکذبا انتمائها للإسلام.

Abstract
This research discusses the concept of a country, the pillars and kinds of countries as well as the pillars of the country that was established by prophet Mohamed (pbuh) after Hijrah; it had a contractual, consensual, and constitutional basis.   It applied law’s souvreighnity; in the sense that all judgments and decisions were made through constitutional organizations, in case there was no ‘verse or ‘inspiration’ dealing with the matter. It was a multiple country which aimed at achieving peace for all its inhabitant and applying human rights both for Muslims as well as non Muslims. All such privileges were exclusive for the country of “Almadeenah” during the reign of the prophet (pbuh) and his followers, this type of countries hasn’t been achieved till now   
Then discussed the concept of establishing countries, that is adapted byextremist groups.
