يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة قدرة الذكاء الاصطناعي على تفسير التفاعل بين الأنظمة الرمزية في الخطاب الشفهي وغير اللفظي، مع التركيز على ظواهر التوازي، والتعدد الدلالي، والإستبدال في الخطاب الشفهي. يتم تحليل مقاطع فيديو حقيقية لتفاعلات شفهية، باستخدام نماذج مثل ChatGPT وDeepSeek، بهدف تقييم مدى فهمها للمعاني التي تتجاوز الكلمات المنطوقة، وتشمل الإيماءات، والنبرات الصوتية، والتعابير البصرية. تعتمد الدراسة على منهج تحليلي يجمع بين التحليل البين- سيميائي والتحليل المتعدد الوسائط، وتفترض أن الذكاء الاصطناعي لا يزال يواجه تحديات في فهم الإشارات غير اللفظية بدقة مماثلة للبشر، مما قد يؤثر على تفسير المعنى الكلي للخطاب. وتولي الدراسة اهتماماً خاصاً بكيفية تفاعل النماذج مع السياقات الثقافية المصاحبة للتواصل. كما تهدف النتائج إلى إبراز أوجه القصور والقوة في أداء هذه النماذج، واقتراح سبل لتحسين تكامل الذكاء الاصطناعي مع التواصل البشري. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى الإسهام في تطوير أدوات تحليل خطاب متقدمة، وتعزيز تصميم أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي أكثر فهماً للبعد الإنساني في التفاعل اللفظي وغير اللفظي.
   This study examines the ability of AI to interpret intersemiotic mechanisms in oral and non-verbal discourse, focusing on parallelism, polysemy, and substitution. By analyzing selected video samples featuring real oral interactions, ChatGPT and DeepSeek tools are compared to assess their performance in interpreting linguistic meanings that go beyond spoken words and include non-verbal behaviors such as gestures, intonation, and visual expressions. The study adopts an analytical methodology that combines intersemiotic and multimodal analysis, and assumes that AI still faces challenges in interpreting non-verbal cues with the same accuracy as humans, which may affect the overall comprehension of meaning in discourse. Special attention is given to how models interact with the cultural contexts accompanying communication. The results aim to highlight the strengths and limitations of these models and propose ways to improve the integration of AI into human communication. The study also seeks to contribute to the development of advanced discourse analysis tools and enhance the design of AI systems that are more sensitive to the human dimension in both verbal and non-verbal interaction.
Este estudio examina la capacidad de la IA para interpretar mecanismos intersemióticos en el discurso oral y no verbal, centrándose en paralelismo, polisemia y sustitución. A través de analizar algunas muestras de vídeos que contienen interacciones orales reales, se comparan las herramientas de ChatGPT y DeepSeek para evaluar su rendimiento en cuanto a la interpretación de significados lingüísticos que trascienden las palabras pronunciadas y los comportamientos no verbales, como los gestos, las entonaciones y las expresiones visuales. Los objetivos son evaluar la precisión de la IA en integrar lenguaje verbal y gestual, identificar sus fortalezas y limitaciones y proponer mejoras. La metodología incluye un método analítico que abarca dos enfoques: análisis intersemiótico y multimodal, con la hipótesis de que la IA tiene dificultades para interpretar la comunicación no verbal con la precisión de los humanos, afectando la interpretación del significado. Los resultados pretenden destacar las fortalezas y limitaciones de estos modelos y proponer vías para mejorar la integración de la inteligencia artificial en la comunicación humana. Además, el estudio busca contribuir al desarrollo de herramientas avanzadas de análisis del discurso y al diseño de sistemas de IA más conscientes de la dimensión humana en la interacción verbal y no verbal.
