مدى جاهزية موقعي جُبة والشويمس كآلية للاستثمار السياحي بمنطقة حائل Readiness of the Jubbah and Shuwaymis Sites as a Mechanism for Tourism Investment in the Ha’il Region

هدفت الدراسة استعراض جاهزية موقعي جُبة والشويمس بمنطقة حائل، وكذلك صياغة آلية لتطويرهما للمساهمة في زيادة الاستثمار السياحي بالمنطقة. اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام طريقة تحليل المضمون لما ورد في المسح الأدبي حول المواقع الأثرية في الوطن العربي والمملكة العربية السعودية (20) دراسة، فضلاً عن تقارير الجهات المختصة حول الموقعين، وكذلك طريقة المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع السياح بالموقعين خلال شهر يناير 2025، والبالغ عددهم (37) سائح/ زائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تقييم (81.8%) من السياح والزوار المتوسط لمدى جاهزية موقعي جُبة والشويمس من حيث الطرق، ووسائل النقل، والمرافق الخدمية، والإشارات الإرشادية، والبرامج السياحية، ومراكز التسوق، وخدمات الاعاشة والتغذية، والإقامة، والاتصالات والانترنت، وتقييم (18.2%) منهم المرتفع للموقعين من حيث النظافة، والأمن. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى الحاجة الملحة لتطوير الخدمات السياحية بموقعي جُبة والشويمس باعتبارهما من أهم المواقع التراثية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وأن الوصول لجاهزيتهما يتطلب تطوير البنية التحية والبنية السياحية الخدمية بما يلبي رغبات وحاجات السياح حالياً ومستقبلاً.
The study aimed review the readiness of the Jubbah and Al Shuwaimis sites in the Hail region, as well as to formulate a mechanism for developing them to contribute to increasing tourism investment in the region. The current study relied on the descriptive approach, using the content analysis method for what was included in the literary survey on archaeological sites in the Arab world and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (20) studies, in addition to reports from the relevant authorities on the two sites, as well as the method of a comprehensive social survey of all tourists at the two sites during the month of January 2025, whose number amounted to (37) tourists/visitors.. The study showed that 81.8% of tourists and visitors evaluated the readiness of the Jubbah and Al-Shuwaimis sites a medium level in terms of roads, means of transportation, service facilities, directional signs, tourist programs, shopping centers, food and nutrition services, accommodation, communications and the Internet, and 18.2% of them gave a high evaluation of the two sites in terms of cleanliness and security. The study also found there is an urgent need to develop tourism services at the Jubbah and Shuwaymis sites, as they are among the most important heritage sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that achieving their readiness requires developing the infrastructure and tourism service infrastructure in a way that meets the desires and needs of tourists now and in the future, and involving the residents of the local community in the process of sustainable tourism development in the region.
