الأبعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية لمرضى الداء السکري – دراسة ميدانية لبعض الفتيات بمحافظه الغربية

مشکلات الصحة والمرض ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالثقافة المجتمعية ، وتهدف الدراسة  إلى محاولة التعرف على الأبعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية المؤثرة في نظرة المجتمع لمريضات السکر وانعکاس تلک النظرة على رؤيتها لنفسها وتأثيرها على مختلف جوانب حياتها الاجتماعية وطموحاتها المستقبلية .
وتم تحديد الفئة العمرية لعينة الدراسة لدي الفتيات في الفئة من 15: 20 عاما من المصابات بداء السکري ، حيث تزداد نسبة الإصابة السنوية به على مستوى العالم ، وتعد مصر من الدول المتقدمة في نسبة الإصابة بالمرض وتزداد النسبة بين النساء عنها بين الذکور ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج دراسة الحالة على عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بلغ عددهن 6 والاستبيان لعدد 102 من الفتيات المصابات بالمرض و109 لبعض اعضاء المجتمع ، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة عدم وعي أعضاء المجتمع بطبيعة المرض وأبعاده ، و أن ثقافة المجتمع أثرت بشکل کبير على سلوک أعضائه نحو المصابات بالمرض وانعکست تلک النظرة بالسلب على رؤية المصابات لأنفسهن ، مما شکل عائقا نحو محاولة الاهتمام بالذات والتطلع لبناء المستقبل .
Health and diseases are closely related to community culture
The aim of this study is to identify the social and cultural dimensions that affect the society  perception of diabetic patients, the reflection of their vision of themselves and their impact on various aspects of their social life and their future aspirations.
 The age of this study was determined among girls in the age group 15-20 years of diabetic patients, where the annual incidence of affection is increasing globally. Egypt is one of the higher percentage of this disease and women are more affected than men.
Methodology of the study on a sample of high school students. Six diabetic girls included in this study.
And the questionnaire to 102 diabetic girls and 109 members of society
 Results of our study reveled lack of awareness of the members of the community of the nature of the disease and its complication , and that the culture of the community has greatly affected the behavior of its members towards the disease and reflected that view negatively affect the vision of the patients themselve, which interfere with future vision to these patients and them life style.
