الهجوم الإسرائيلي على المفاعل النووي العراقي 1981م (دراسة وثائقية في ضوء السياسة الغربية تجاه العراق) The Israeli Attack on the Iraqi Nuclear Reactor (A Documentary Study in the Light of Western Politics towards Iraq)

منذ أن بدأ العراق في بناء مفاعل نووي والكيان الصهيوني والولايات المتحدة وحلفاؤهما يسعون إلى إحباط محاولاته سواء بالضغط والإرهاب ووصولا إلى الاستخدام العسكري لتفجيره. وهذا المفاعل هو أول محاولة فعلية تقوم به دولة عربية كان من الممكن أن يغير في سياسة وأطماع الدول الغربية في المنطقة، كما كان في مقدور الدول العربية أن تواجه التحديات المحيطة بها. ولكن للأسف الشديد فشلت هذه المحاولة ونجح الكيان الصهيوني في تدميره بتواطؤ أمريكي واضح، وكان ذلك على الرغم من كل الأدلة والقرائن التي تثبت أن العراق لا يمكنه بمفرده إنتاج سلاح نووي. وتتمثل أهمية البحث في بيان الاعتداء الإسرائيلي وهمجيته في خرق القوانين الدولية، وبيان الموقف الغربي الهزيل ثم التحول السريع من الإدانة إلى الرضا وإلى استئناف المساعدات العسكرية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها على سبيل المثال: جهود الكيان الصهيوني لوقف البرنامج النووي العراقي واستخدام كل الوسائل لإفشاله، حتى تم تدميره في النهاية، كما يتضح التآمر من قبل بعض الدول الغربية وعلى رأسهم الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا وفرنسا الذين اكتفوا بالإدانة وعرقلوا إصدار أي قرار من الأمم المتحدة يقضي إلى فرض عقوبات على الكيان الصهيوني ودفع تعويضات للعراق. وقد اتبعت في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبيان مواقف الدول الثلاث من تدمير المفاعل العراقي.
Ever since Iraq started building a nuclear reactor, the Zionist entity and the United States and their allies have been trying to thwart their attempts, whether through pressure and terrorism, or through military use, to blow it up. This reactor is the first actual attempt by an Arab country that could have changed the policy and ambitions of Western countries in the region, just as the Arab countries were able to face the challenges surrounding them. Unfortunately, this attempt failed and the Zionist entity succeeded in destroying it with clear American complicity. This was in spite of all the evidence proving that Iraq cannot produce a nuclear weapon on its own. The importance of the research is represented in the statement of the Israeli aggression and its barbarism in violation of international laws, the statement of the weak Western position and then the rapid change from condemnation to satisfaction and the resumption of military aid. The study reached several conclusions, for example: the efforts of the Zionist entity to stop the Iraqi nuclear program and to use all means to thwart it, until it was finally destroyed. Also, there is the conspiracy by some Western countries, led by the United States, Britain and France, who only condemned and blocked the issuance of any resolution of the United Nations to impose sanctions on the Zionist entity and pay compensations to Iraq. I followed that descriptive and analytical approach to state the positions of the three States on the destruction of the Iraqi reactor.
