رؤية مستقبلية لخدمة الجماعة فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى للاسرة بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية A Future Vision for Serving the Community in Achieving Social Work for the Family in Social Care Institutions

تمثل الأسرة وحدة بناء المجتمع، واللبنة الأولى في صرح بنائه، وبقدر تماسك الأسرة وترابطها تكون قوة المجتمع، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا من خلال استشعار المجتمع دوره في التربية والتوجيه والمراقبة، وتلك المسؤولية موزعة على مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية  كالبيت، والمدرسة، ودور العبادة ووسائل الإعلام، لكن دور الأسرة هو الأبرز والأكبر لكونها الحاضنة الأولى والأكثر تأثيرًا في النشء منذ السنوات الأولى في حياته وحتى بلوغه الشيخوخة، وقد تضاعفت مسؤولية الأسرة أكثر من أي وقت مضى نظرًا للمتغيرات الاجتماعية والمؤثرات التي فرضتها العولمة بجوانبها المتعددة على الجميع. وهدفت الدراسة الى وضع رؤية مستقبلية لدور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية  في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعى في ظل التحديات الداخلية والخارجية التي تواجه أمن الأسر والمجتمع وذلك من منظور خدمة الجماعة. وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية ان هناك رؤية مستقبلية لخدمة الجماعة فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى للاسرة بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية وقد يكون ذلك من خلال: التفاعل الاجتماعي بين أعضاء الجماعة لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي، والتعاون الاجتماعي بين أعضاء الجماعة لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي، والخدمات التى تقدمها مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية فى توفير الامن الاجتماعى للاسر.
The family represents the building unit of society, and the first building block in the edifice of its construction. The extent to which the family is cohesive and interconnected is the strength of society. This can only come about through society realizing its role in education, guidance and control, and that responsibility is distributed among institutions of social upbringing such as the home, school, places of worship and the media. But the role of the family is the most prominent and largest, as it is the first and most influential incubator for young people from the first years of their lives until they reach old age. The responsibility of the family has multiplied more than ever before due to the social changes and influences that globalization, with its many aspects, has imposed on everyone. The study aimed to develop a future vision for the role of social care institutions in achieving social security in light of the internal and external challenges facing the security of families and society, from the perspective of community service. The current study found that there is a future vision for serving the community in achieving social security for the family in social care institutions, and this may be through: Social interaction between group members to achieve social security, Social cooperation among group members to achieve social security, Services provided by social welfare institutions to provide social security for families.
