القري الريفية الحضرية ( قرية النجاح ) " دراسة في جغرافيا العمران" Rural urban villages (An-Najah Village) Astudy in Settlement of Geography

تعد قرية النجاح بمركز بدر نموذجاً من القري الريفية الحضرية، والتي يقل وجود ما يناظرها بالريف المصري حيث ؛ تختلف في خصائصها وتركيبها عن القرى المصرية ذات (الطابع الريفي التقليدي المميز) المنتشر في أنحاء الجمهورية ، وقد بدا ذلك واضحاً في استخدام الأرض بتلك القرية، حيث تبين من خلال الدراسة أنه يتشابه مع استخدام الأرض المدني حيث؛ تزداد نسبة الاستخدام التجاري والخدمي والإداري للأرض بالقرية بشكل واضح، بينما يقل الاستخدام الريفي للأرض ( المشتمل على الزراعة وكل ما يتعلق بها من خدمات زراعية) ، حيث أن القرية تتميز بالحضرية في تركيبها العمراني (بكل مكوناته سواء أسلوب البناء أومادته، أو التركيب الداخلى للمسكن) إذ تكثر بالقرية المباني الهيكلية الخرسانية المبنية من الطوب الأحمر، كما ترتفع اسعار الأراضي بالقرية بشكل كبير، ولعل ذلك راجع  لحداثة نشأتها، والسبب التي أنشأت من أجله هذه القرية وما يشابهها من قرى الاستصلاح الحديثة الذي كان له دور كبير في ظهورها بهذا المظهر العمراني واتسامها بعدة خصائص عمرانية مميزة جعلتها مختلفة عن غيرها من القرى الأخري،  ومن هنا تعد هذه القرية نموذجا على تغير شكل القرية المصرية ذات الطابع الريفي، وتحولها إلى قرية ريفية – حضرية ذات طابع مدني. 
An-Najah Village in Markaz (district)  Badr )is a model of rural urban villages(, which are less present in the Egyptian countryside, as they differ in their characteristics and composition more - than the other  Egyptian villages, ( with a distinctive, traditional rural character) spread throughout the Egyptian Republic, This has clearly emerged in( land use) of village, which was found by the study to be similar  to The land use of cities, where the percentage of commercial, service and administrative use of land in the village increases significantly, while the rural use of land decreases, (which includes agriculture and all related agricultural services). The village is also characterized by urbanism ( in terms of the urban structure with all its components, whether the building style or material, or the internal structure of the dwelling). Concrete structural buildings built of red bricks abound in the village, and land prices in the village rise dramatically. Perhaps this is due to its recent establishment and the reason for which this village and( similar modern reclamation villages) were established, which had a major role in its appearance with this appearance and its distinctive characteristics. And different from other villages, so we can consider this village as a (model of the difference and change in the land scape of the Egyptian village, which has ( a rural character and changes And it has to the urban rural village of a civilized character).
