المشكلات الإجتماعية التي يواجها سكان المدن الجديدة ودور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في مواجهتها The social problems faced by the residents of the new cities and the role of the method of organizing society in facing them

هدفت الدراسة التعرف علي المشكلات الإجتماعية التي تواجه سكان المدن الجديدة ، وكذلك التعرف علي الأسباب التي أدت الي وجود المشكلات الإجتماعية بالمدن ، الجديدة وكذلك محاولة وضع مقترحات لتفعيل دور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في التغلب علي هذه المشكلات ومواجهتها ,حيث تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية وإستخدمت هذة الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة حيث أن منهج دراسة الحالة يعطى صورة كلية شاملة لدراسة ظاهرة معينة فى مجتمع محدد حيث تم إختيار مجلس أمناء جهاز مدينة أسيوط الجديدة بمثابة حالة للمجال المكانى للدراسة وبلغ مفردات العينة (33) مفرده,كما إشتملت الدراسة على عدد (15)من الخبراء يطبق عليهم دليل مقابلة  شبه مقننه للتعرف على اَرائهم وخبرتهم ومقترحاتهم , وتوصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج منها اشعر بالإغتراب عند إنتقالي للمدن الجديدة كما تبين من نتائج هذة الدراسة يصعب علي التكيف والإندماج في هذا المجتمع وعدم توافر المواصلات بشكل كافٍ  وكذلك العمل علي توفير فرص عمل بالقرب من الوحدات السكنية بالمدن الجديدة وتوصلت الدراسة إلي بعض التوصيات منها  توفير كافة الخدمات في المدن الجديدة قبل الإنتقال اليها وايضاً نقل مقررات الجهات الإدارية والهيئات بالدولة الي المجتمعات العمرانية بالمدن الجديدة وكذلك إصدار التشريعات الازمة لزيادة نسبة مساهمة منظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص في تنمية المدن الجديدة.
The study aimed to identify the social problems facing the residents of the new cities As well as identifying the causes that led to the existence of social problems in cities new As well as an attempt to develop proposals to activate the role of the method of community organization in overcoming and  onfronting these problems, as this study is one of the escriptive studies, and this study used the case study approac, as the case study approach gives a comprehensive picture to study a specific phenomenon in a specific community. As a case for the spatial field of the study, the sample vocabulary amounted to (33) Individually, the study also included a number of (15) experts who applied a semi-regulated interview guide to get to know their opinions, experience and suggestions.The study reached a number of results, including:I feel alienated when I move to new cities, as shown by the results of this study It is difficult for me to adapt and integrate into this society and the lack of adequate transportation, as well as work to provide job opportunities near the housing units in the new cities. The study reached some recommendations, including: Providing all services in the new cities before moving to them, as well as transferring the decisions of the administrative authorities and bodies in the country to the urban communities in the new cities, as well as issuing the necessary legislation to increase the percentage of the contribution of civil society organizations and the private sector in the development of new cities.
