احتياجات الممارس العام للخدمة الاجتماعية في مستوي الميكرو كجليس للمسن المصاب بالربو أنموذجاً The Needs of the General Practitioner for social Work at The Micro level as a Sitter for the Elderly with Asthma as a model

استهدف البحث تحديد احتياجات الممارس العام في الخدمة الاجتماعية في مستوي الميكرو للقيام بوظيفة جليس مع المسن المصاب بالربو أنموذجاً، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لمعرفة الممارسة العامة التي تركز على مستوي خدمة الفرد ، وجهزت أداة بحثية لتحديد الاحتياجات، وقد طبقت الأداة بالطريقة التقليدية في مركز الأبحاث للحساسية والصدر بإمبابة، وقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية التابع للمركز، كما طبقت الأداة بالطريقة الإلكترونية في قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية وتنمية المجتمع بكلية التربية بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر، وشمل المجال البشري: الأطباء، التمريض، الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين، المرضي المسنين، أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ومعاونيهم في الخدمة الاجتماعية، وقد بلغ إجمالي عدد هذه الفئات ككل (318) مفردة، وقد تم استبعاد (15) مفردة للتحقق من ثبات الأداة، ووفقا لتحديد حجم العينة باستخدام معادلة "روبيرت مايسون"، تم الأخذ باستجابات (230) مفردة، وذلك خلال الفترة الزمنية من26-12-2022 حتى 16-1-2023، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلي ضرورة إلمام الإخصائي الاجتماعي باحتياجات الأنساق المرتبطة بمستوي الميكرو(المسن)، ووفقاً لنتائج الإحصاء تبين ترتيب الاحتياجات للجليس كما يلي: الصحية، الاجتماعية، السلوكية المهارية، المعرفية، الوجدانية، وذلك بهدف تحقيق تقديم رعاية متكاملة تشبع احتياجات المسن، كما أظهر البحث الحاجة لتقديم برنامج تدريبي من الفئات المتخصصة لإعداد الممارس للقيام بهذه الوظيفة، وعليه تم إعداد مقترح مختصر لبرنامج تدريبي يمكن الاستفادة منه لهذا الغرض في ضوء الموجهات النظرية للمنظور الإسلامي، والأيكولوجي،  والنظرية المعرفية السلوكية مع مراعاة أن تتضمن الاحتياجات الجانب الديني والنفسي لأهميتهما.
The Research aimed to determine the needs of the General practitioner in Social work at the micro level to perform the job of sitting with the Elderly person with asthma as a model, and to achieve this the descriptive approach was relied upon To show the general practice with a focus on the method of Social Case work, and to prepare a research tool to determine needs. The Tool was applied in the traditional way in the Research Center for Allergy and Chest in Imbaba, and the Social work Department of the Center. The tool was also applied in the Electronic way in the Department of Social Work and Community Development at the Faculty of Education in Cairo Al-Azhar University, The human field included: Doctors, Nurses, Social workers, Elderly patients, faculty members and their assistants in the Social work, and the total number of these categories as a whole was (318) Individual, and (15) Individual were excluded to verify the stability of the tool, and according to the determination of the sample size Using the "Robert Mason" equation, (230) Individual responses were considered, And that during the time period from 26-12 -2022 until 16-1-2023, and the results of the Research concluded that the Social worker should be familiar with the needs of the formatives related to the micro level (the Elderly), and according to the Results  order of Needs statistically : health, social, behavioral, skill, cognitive, affective, that satisfies the needs of the Elderly, the Research also showed the need to  a training program for specialized to carry out this function, and  proposal for a Training program was prepared that can be used for this purpose For theoretical guides from the Islamic perspective, Ecology, and behavioral cognitive theory
