التعليم الجيد وبناء الشخصية الوسطية

يعالج البحث أهمية التعليم في بناء العقيدة والقيم والأخلاق وتشکيل السلوک والعلاقات الاجتماعية ويرتبط بناء الإسلام بالقراءة والتعليم، ويرتبط بناء الحضارات القديمة والحديثة بالتعلم ويعالج البحث خصائص التعليم الجيد ، وأهمها تعليم التفکير والناقد وتدريب المتعلمين على الحوار والتواصل مع مصادرالمعرفة الورقية والألکترونية وتحقيق الاستيعاب الکامل لکل المعارف العلمية في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية والطبيعية والآداب والفنون حسب القدرة الاستيعابية لکل عمر هذا بالطبع إلى جانب غرس القيم والعقيدة والأخلاق الدينية الصحيحة ، وتدريب النشئ والشباب على ممارسة الأخلاق القويمة والعبادات والمعاملات التي تتسم بالتسامح والرحمة والعفو مع الجميع يضاف على هذا أن التعليم الجيد مطالب بتخريج أناس قادرين على الإنجاز والأنتاج والعملالذي يسهم في شتى أنواع التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية .
وقد عالج البحث أساليب التعليم ودوره في بناء الشخصية الوسطية ، وتنمية الولاء والانتماء للوطن فحب الوطن والأيمان بالمواطنة جزء لا يتجزاء من أهداف التعليم الجيد عالج البحث دور التعليم في تحصين الشباب ضد الغلو والانحراف وکل أشکال التطرف الفکري والسلوکي ، کما عالج علاقة الخطاب الفکري والثقافي والديني بالخطاب التربوي ، وعالج علاقة المؤسسات التعليمية بمختلف أنواع الخطابات والمؤسسات الأخرى في المجتمع الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية وأوضح البحث دور الفن في بناء الإنسان وخلق الشخصية الوسطية الوطنية المؤمنة، الفن الراقي الذي يرتفع بمستويات الإنسان الأخلاقي والقيمي والسلوکي.
Ideal education and Building moderate personality

This research deals with the importance of education for building belief, principles, and ethics, as well as for forming conducts and social relations. Besides, building Islam and civilizations (both ancient and recent) is highly connected with educations and reading
This research mentions the ideal education ‘s characteristics; the most important of which is teaching criticism-thinking and training students to do discussions and to be able to deal with knowledge resources (both paper and electronic resources), and also to achieve full absorption of all scientific knowledge in all fields: sciences social and human studies, literature, arts etc., according to the absorbing ability for each age.
All this, in addition to implanting true religious values, principles, and ethics, and training youth to ethical conducts, worshiping issues, and applying tolerance, mercy, and pardon in their dealing with others
Ideal education must be able to present people who are able to achieve success and help, by their productivity, in all kinds of economic development, as well as social and political progress
This research also deals with methods of education and its role in building the moderate personality, in addition to developing loyalty and belonging to one’s country; because love for one’s land and faith in citizenship are essential part of good education
It also deals with the role of education in saving youth from extremism and deviation whether in thoughts or conduct.
Also, it deals with the relation between thoughtful, cultural and religious address on one hand, and the educational address on the other.
It deals with the relation between the educational organizations and the other organizations such as the economical, the political, the social, etc.
Finally, the research explained the role of art in building man, and creating the moderate national and religious personality.
It is the upscale art that elevates the human level as regards ethics, morality and conduct.
