الملخص:
 تتمثل أهداف هذا البحث في هدفين رئيسين، أولهما: عـام، ويدور حول إلقاء الضوء على نصوص القضايا الخاصة بالأفران؛ وذلك إبَّان العصر الإسلامي، في ضوء مصادر تاريخ بلاد المغرب والأندلس، خلال مدة الدراسة المقرَّرة، كما هو مشارٌ بالعنوان، فمثل هذه القضايا تندرج في سياق الجوانب الفرعيّة للحضارة الإسلامية، التي تجلَّت آثارها في شتَّى الميادين، أمَّا عن ثاني الأهداف فهو خاص، وتكمن أهميته في تناول الباحث بالدراسة الجادة المتعمقة التعريف بالأفران وفرَّانيها، وكذلك عمارتها وبنائها، إضافة لتناول قضايا ضمان الأفران وفرَّانيها، والاحتساب عليهما معًا، ودراسة منافعها المتمثلة في تحبيسها – أي وقفها- على المساجد والرُّبُط، وغير ذلك، ومستخدميها من العلماء، والخاصَّة والعامَّة، ودراسة بعض القضايا الأخرى ذات الصلة بالأفران، مثل: ضررها المترتب عليها، والوصايا، وجبر الفرَّان، ويردف على هذا وثائق كرائها – أي إجارتها – وبيعها؛ وستعمل الدراسة جاهدة على معالجة هذه القضايا في إطار عنوانها؛ علاوة على أنَّ الموضوع لم ينل حظُّه من البحث حتى الآن، وهذا على حد علم الباحث.
Abstract:
The objectives of this research are represented in two main objectives, the first of which is general, and revolves around shedding light on the texts of issues related to Ovens during the Islamic era, in light of the sources of the history of the Maghreb and Al-Andalus, during the prescribed study period, as indicated by the title, such these issues fall within the context of the sub-aspects of Islamic civilization, the effects of which were manifested in various fields. As for the second objective, it is specific, and its importance lies in the researcher's serious and in-depth study introducing the ovens and their oven operators, As well as its construction, reconstruction, In addition to dealing with the study to guarantee the ovens and their operators, and to lien them together, and to study its benefits represented by confining it - lien - to mosques and Forts, and so on. and their users of scholars, private and public, and to study some other issues related to the ovens such as their harm, wills, and reparation for ovens, and this includes the documents of renting them and selling them. The study will work hard to address these issues within the framework of its title; In addition, the subject has not received its share of research so far, and this is to the knowledge of the researcher.
