وثائق التصميمات المعمارية المنشأة رقميًا: دراسة أرشيفية Born digital Architectural Design record: An Archival Study

إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو إبراز أهمية نوعية معينة من الوثائق الرقمية وكيفية التعامل معها في إدارات الوثائق ، حيث أدى دخول التكنولوجيا الرقمية إلى تغير طرق التدوين وتحولت الوثائق المكتوبة والمرسومة بخط اليد إلى وثائق يتم إعدادها وتصميمها آليا باستخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي، وأصبحت الرسومات الهندسية والمعمارية تصميمات تنشأ رقمية، وأحيانا يتم طباعتها لتصبح تناظرية، وقد يضم الأرشيف مزيجا من الوثائق الورقية والوثائق الرقمية، لذلك يجب إداراتها وأرشفتها بطريقة تيسر تداولها واتاحتها عند الحاجة. وتعد وثائق التصميمات المعمارية وثائق ذات قيمة معلوماتية واثباتية مهمة، وقد يظل الاحتياج لها قائما بقيام المبنى الذي تعبر عنه، أو كانت تخص مبان تراثية، أو توثق لمشروعات كبرى، وربما تصبح الوثائق ذات قيمة بحثية فيتم حفظها في الأرشيف التاريخي، حيث تتميز وثائق التصميم المعماري والفني- إلى جانب القيمة الإدارية والتاريخية – بأنها تتمتع أيضا بالقيمة الجمالية. وتتناول هذه الدراسة ماهية وثائق التصميمات وإجراءات تقويمها والعمليات الفنية (الترتيب والوصف) التي يجب أن تتم عليها في إدارات الوثائق الجارية وفي الأرشيف التاريخي عند حفظها حفظًا أبديا. وقد أصدر المجلس الدولي للأرشيف دليلاً ارشاديًا لإدارة وأرشفة الوثائق المعمارية، غير أن جمعية الأرشيفين الأمريكيين تبنت مجموعة من عناصر الوصف لوصف الوثائق المعمارية التي نشأت رقمية، وقد قامت الدراسة بترجمة عناصر الوصف وإعداد بطاقة وصف على نموذج من وثائق شركة مصر الجديدة للإسكان والتعمير.
Abstract
Digital technology has changed the ways of expression and codification, handwritten, and drawn records have been transformed into records that are prepared and designed automatically using computer programs.  Engineering and architectural drawings become designs created digital, and may be printed to become analog, and the archive may include traditional(paper) and digital records , so they should be managed and archived in a way that facilitates their handling and availability when they are needed .Design records (engineering and architectural) have informational and evidence values, It may still be required for maintaining the building or  kept because it documented heritage buildings, or major project. Also, they may have research value and are preserved in the historical archives, where architectural and artistic design record have several values, such as the administrative and historical value in addition aesthetic value. The study discusses the concept of design record, their appraisal policies, and processes (arrangement and description) which they should be carried out in the record management and in the historical archives. Due to the importance of standards the International Council of Archives issued guide to the archival care of architectural records However, the American Archivist Association has adopted a set of description elements to describe born digital architectural records. The study translated the description elements and prepared description cards as a sample of records of the Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development.
