المسؤولية الاجتماعية واخلاقيات الإدارة: تحليل مضمون من منظور الانثروبولوجيا الاقتصادية Social responsibility and management ethics: a content analysis from an economic anthropology perspective

جاء الاهتمام  بأهمية مصطلح المسؤولية الاجتماعية نظرا لارتباطه بمنظومة التنمية والرفاه  کذلک خطورة الابعاد التي يشملها المصطلح منها المسؤوليات الاقتصادية ،القانونية ،الأخلاقية والخيرية ذلک ان المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومنهجية ممارستها داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية تُعد أحد رکائز التنمية الاجتماعية وما لهذا المردود التنموي من مخرجات ذات قيمة نفعية عالية تعود بالفائدة على کل من العاملين داخل الشرکات والمستفيدون خارجها ، لقد تنامت في الفترة الأخيرة الاهتمامات العلمية والبحثية بضرورة تفعيل مبدأ المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال وضع خطط واستراتيجيات تطوير وتحسين الأداء بالشرکات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية ومع تزايد الاهتمام بالدراسات الانثروبولوجية  التي تُعنى بتفسير البناء الاجتماعي للمجتمعات و رؤية البشر لأنفسهم و للأخرين  مع تفسير انماط التفکير ونظرا لکون المؤسسات الاقتصادية جزء من البناء الاجتماعي لاي مجتمع إشکالية الدراسة: تترکز إشکالية الدراسة الحالية في محاولة الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: ما الواقع الفعلي لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية واخلاقيات الإدارة داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية؟ اهداف الدراسة: تحليل مضمون لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية واخلاقيات الإدارة من منظور الانثروبولوجيا الاقتصادية، أهمية تفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية في دعم التنمية المحلية منهجية الدراسة: تُعد الورقة الحالية الأوراق التنظيرية" أوراق المراجعة"paper review تم الاعتماد فيها على منهج تحليل مضمون للمراجعات العلمية بالاستعانة بأسلوب التحليل العلائقي Relational analysis method من خلال الکشف عن المفاهيم الأدبية وعلاقتها بمحتوى النص النوعي.

Study objectives: A content analysis of the concept of social responsibility and management ethics from the perspective of economic anthropology, the importance of activating social responsibility in supporting local development Study Methodology: The current paper is a review paper in which a content analysis method was relied on for scientific reviews using the relational analysis method by revealing literary concepts and their relationship to the content of the qualitative text.
