استهدفت الدراسة محاولة تحديد مظاهر ممارسات الأخصائي الاجتماعي لسلوکيات القيادة التحويلية مع الأعضاء بالجمعية الأهلية بغاية تنمية مشارکتهم المجتمعية, کتحديد مظاهر ممارسة سلوک تحمل المخاطرة, سلوک إکساب روح التحدي, سلوک حرية الاستفسار, سلوک التواصل بفعالية, حيث تکمن أهمية تحديد مظاهر ممارسات الأخصائي الاجتماعي لسلوکيات القيادة التحويلية مع الأعضاء بالجمعية الأهلية في أنها؛ تعد من الموضوعات المهمة ذات الصلة بالأخصائي الاجتماعي وميدان الخدمة الاجتماعية في آن معاً، کما قد يسهم هذا التحديد في التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي وبين الفئات المستفيدة ومدى قدرات تلک الفئات على المشارکة المجتمعية في صنع القرار بالجمعيات الأهلية, کما قد تفيد الدراسة المهتمين بوضع استراتيجيات شأنها النهوض بقدرات الأخصائي الاجتماعي وتنمية المشارکة المجتمعية للأعضاء بالجمعية الأهلية في آن معاً, وتصنف الدراسة الحالية ضمن البحوث الوصفية, من ثم اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على منهج دراسة الحالة, استخدمت أداة استبار طبقت على الأعضاء بالجمعية الأهلية, وذلک بجانب الملاحظة المباشرة لمجتمع الدراسة البشري من خلال؛ المقابلات الفردية المقننة, توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من النتائج المتباينة لمظاهر ممارسات الأخصائي الاجتماعي لسلوکيات القيادة التحويلية مع الأعضاء بالجمعية الأهلية حيث ضعف مظاهر الممارسة لسلوک تحمل المخاطرة, وعلى النقيض قوة مظاهر الممارسة لسلوک إکساب روح التحدي, ومن ثم التباين بوسطية مظاهر ممارسة سلوک حرية الاستفسار, وضعف آخر في مظاهر ممارسة سلوک التواصل بفعالية, لذا اقترحت الدراسة رؤية مستقبلية لتنمية المشارکة المجتمعية في ضوء تلک النتائج مستخدمة متغير القيادة التحويلية بالجمعيات الأهلية.
The study aimed to try to develop community participation in the light of the transformational leadership of the social worker through; Attempting to identify aspects of the social worker’s practice of transformational leadership behaviors with members of the civil association to develop their community participation, such as identifying aspects of the social worker’s taking risks, giving a spirit of challenge, freedom to inquire, communicating effectively With the members of the civil society, where the importance of studying aspects of the social worker’s practice of transformational leadership behaviors with members of the civil society is that; It is one of the neglected topics related to the social worker and the field of social work at the same time. As this identification may contribute to reaching an understanding of the nature of the relationship between NGOs and beneficiary groups and the extent of the capabilities of these groups to participate in decision-making. Descriptive, then the field study relied on the case study method, using a questionnaire tool applied to the members of the civil society, in addition to direct observation of the study community through; Standardized individual interviews, then; The combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the field study. The results of the study concluded that there are a number of different results for the manifestations of the practice of transformational leadership behaviors by the social worker with members of the civil society, where the weakness of the manifestations of taking risks, and in contrast the strength of the manifestations of the practice of the behaviors of giving the spirit of challenge, and then the discrepancy is mediated Aspects of freedom of inquiry in the association, and another weakness in the manifestations of communicating effectively, so the study suggested a future vision for the development of community participation in the light of those results using the transformational leadership variable in NGOs.
