أساليب الجمعيات الشرعية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي للحد من مشکلات تنمية المجتمع Methods of legitimate associations in achieving community security to reduce community development problems

تسعى الجمعيات الشرعية لتحقيق الاستقرار والأمن المجتمعي وذلک من خلال إشراک أکبر عدد ممکن من سکان المجتمع في الأنشطة التنموية لحماية المجتمع من الآفات المجتمعية، وحماية الأسر من التفکک، أو التعرض للخطر وکذلک تحقيق الاستقرار، والعيش تحت مظلة الأمن الاجتماعي، واحترام حقوق الآخرين، ومحاربة الفقر، والبطالة لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من خلال تقديم الخدمات والبرامج المناسبة للفئات المهمشة في المجتمع. وتساهم الخدمة الاجتماعية بصفة عامة وعملية تنمية المجتمع بصفة خاصة في مساعدة الجمعيات الشرعية من خلال استخدام القائمين بالعمل بها من أخصائيين اجتماعيين وعاملين لأساليب تنموية تتمثل في المناقشات عامة، العصف الذهني، والمناقشات باستخدام الوسائل السمعية والبصرية لتحقيق الأمن المجتمعي (المشارکة المجتمعية، الاعتدال والوسطية، والانتماء الوطني) للحد من مشکلات تنمية المجتمع، حيث يعد الريف المصري العمود الفقري للمجتمع. وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تفعيل أساليب الجمعيات الشرعية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي للحد من مشکلات تنمية المجتمع، وترجع أهمية الدراسة إلى تحقيق الاستقرار والأمن المجتمعي للحد من مختلف المشکلات التنموية التي تظهر بالمجتمع الصعيدي المصري، واعتمدت الدراسة علي مجموع من المفاهيم (مفهوم الجمعيات الشرعية، مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي).
ولذا استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي باختيار المسح الشامل من خلال استخدام استمارة الاستبيان المطبقة على جميع المستفيدين بصفة دائمة من خدمات الجمعية الشرعية بقرية الغريزات وعددهم (190) مستفيد، واثبت نتائج الدراسة أن أساليب الجمعيات الشرعية في تحقيق (المشارکة المجتمعية) جاءت متوسطة، بينما جاءت ضعيفة في تحقيق (الاعتدال والوسطية، الانتماء الوطني)، وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث التي تهتم بتحقيق الأمن المجتمعي للحد من المشکلات المعاصرة التي تواجه تنمية المجتمع المحلي.
Legitimate associations seek to achieve stability and community security by engaging the largest possible number of the community’s residents in development activities to protect the community from societal pests, protect families from disintegration, or be exposed to danger as well as achieve stability, live under the umbrella of social security, respect the rights of others, and fight poverty and unemployment to achieve social justice by providing appropriate services and programs for marginalized groups in society.  Social service in general and the community development process in particular contribute to assisting legitimate associations through the use of those in charge of social workers and workers of development methods represented in general discussions, brainstorming, and discussions using audio-visual means to achieve community security (community participation, moderation, moderation, and belonging National) to reduce community development problems, as the Egyptian countryside is the backbone of the community.The current study aims to activate the methods of legitimate societies in achieving community security to reduce community development problems The importance of the study is due to the achievement of social stability and security in order to reduce the various developmental problems that appear in the Egyptian Upper Egyptian society. The study relied on a set of concepts (the concept of legitimate associations, the concept of community security).    Therefore, the study used the social survey method by choosing the comprehensive survey through the use of the questionnaire that is applied to all permanent beneficiaries of the services of the Sharia Society in the village of Al-Gharizat, and their number is 190 beneficiaries. Weak in achieving (moderation and moderation, national affiliation), and the study recommended conducting more studies and research that are concerned with achieving societal security to reduce contemporary problems facing the development of the local community.
