تدعيم النمذجة السلوکية بمدارس التعليم الفني لمحاکاة منظومة الاعمال المرتبطة بالمشروعات الصغيرة Supporting behavioral modeling in technical education schools to simulate the business system associated with small projects

هدفت الدراسة الى تدعيم مدارس التعليم الفني بأصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة کنماذج مثالية لطلابها, والتعرف على أنماط هذه المشروعات التي استعانت بها تلک الدراسة, وماهي الخطط الدراسية التي من خلالها يتم محاکاتها لمنظومة المشروعات الصغيرة في المجتمع المعاصر, ثم التعرف على دور خدمة الجماعة باستخدام النمذجة السلوکية في محاکاة منظومة الاعمال المرتبطة بالمشروعات الصغيرة.
حيث يمثل التعليم الفني أحد الرکائز الرئيسية في تکوين رأس المال البشري وذلک من اجل تحقيق التقدم المنشود, ويعتبر التعليم الفني احد الرکائز التي تقوم بالحد من البطالة, وتمثل ريادة الاعمال مصدرا للأعمال الجديدة واملا للشباب المبتکرين, والنمذجة السلوکية تساعدهم على ذلک من خلال اصدار السلوک الإيجابي الذي يساعد على تنمية وارتقاء طلاب مدارس التعليم الفني, ولما کانت مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية تستجيب للمتغيرات المعاصرة التي يمر بها المجتمع لمواجهة الآثار السلبية عن تلک التغيرات, حيث تعمل خدمة الجماعة على اکساب الطلاب قيم الارتباط بمنظومة الاعمال المرتبطة بالمشروعات الصغيرة وذلک من خلال أساليبها وتکنيکيتها المختلفة للنمذجة السلوکية.
The study aimed to support technical education schools with owners of small projects as ideal models for their students and to identify the patterns of these projects that this study used, and what are the study plans through which they are simulated for the system of small projects in contemporary society, then to identify the role of community service using modeling behavioral simulation of the business system associated with small projects. Technical education represents one of the main pillars in the formation of human capital in order to achieve the desired progress, and technical education is one of the pillars that reduces unemployment, and entrepreneurship represents a source of new business and hope for innovative youth, and behavioral modeling helps them to do so by issuing positive behavior  Which helps to develop and advance students of technical education schools, and since the profession of social work responds to the contemporary changes that society is going through to face the negative effects of those changes, where the community service works to give students the values ​​of linking to the business system related to small projects through its different methods and techniques of modeling.  behavioral.
