يعالج البحث قضية اجتماعية وسياسية واقتصادية وقانونية هامة فى أى مجتمع وهى قضية المواطنة بمعنى الحقوق والحريات والکرامة والواجبات أو الإلتزامات تکون متساوية للجميع دون أى تمييز على أساس الدين والجنس کل هذا يعنى سيادة القانون على الجميع بعدالة کاملة، وقد أثبت خلال البحث أن مفهوم وتطبيق المواطنة بهذا المعنى ليس إفرازاً لثورات أوروبية مثل: الثورة الفرنسية أو الإنجليزية أو الأمريکية، ولم يظهر نتيجة لإعلانات منظمات دولية، مثل الإعلان العالمى لحقوق الإنسان الصادر عن هيئة الأمم المتحدة فى ديسمبر 1948م، وإنما هذا المفهوم بتطبيقاته بالغة الدقة أوجده الرسول ﷺ في أول دولة أسسها بعد الهجرة إلى المدينة المنورة، ومفهوم وثقافة المواطنة، ولتاريخها الحقيقي وليس المزيف، والأبعاد المختلفة للمواطنة وأرتباطها بالأمن والسلام والوحدة الوطنية والولاء للوطن أو الدولة، وموقف المواطنة فى ظل العولمة والثورة الرقمية، ثم عرضت قراءة اجتماعية وسياسية واقتصادية بعقد الصحيفة التي أبرمها النبي ﷺ مع يهود المدينة وجعلها تنطبق على کل سکانها دون النظر إلى اختلاف الدين أو القبيلة أو العرق أو الحالة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتوصل البحث لنتائج من أهمها أن المواطنة ترتبط جذريًا وجوهريًا ببناء الأمة الموحدة المتکاملة، وأوردت أخيرًا النص النبوى لوثيقة المدينة، وهو الذى إختلف العلماء فى تقسيمه إلى بنود أو مواد دستورية، فالبعض قسمها إلى (46) بندًا والبعض الأخر قسمها إلى (70)  بندًا، وأن دولة المدينة کانت أول دولة دستورية تعاقدية، مدينة متقدمة فى التاريخ الإنسانى کله.
The research deals with an important social, political, economic and legal issue in any society, which is the issue of citizenship, meaning rights, freedoms, dignity, duties or obligations are equal for all without any discrimination on the basis of religion and gender. The meaning is not a result of European revolutions such as: the French, English or American revolution, and it did not appear as a result of the declarations of international organizations, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued by the United Nations in December 1948 AD. Rather, this concept with its very precise applications was created by the Prophet, peace be upon him, in the first country he founded after immigration To Medina, the concept and culture of citizenship, its real and not fake history, the different dimensions of citizenship and its connection to security, peace, national unity, loyalty to the homeland or the state, and the position of citizenship in light of globalization and the digital revolution. It applies to all its inhabitants without regard to differences in religion, tribe, race, or economic and social status The research reached results, the most important of which is that citizenship is fundamentally and intrinsically linked to building a unified and integrated nation. Finally, it mentioned the prophetic text of the Medina document, which scholars differed in dividing it into constitutional clauses or articles. Some divided it into (46) items and others divided it into (70) items. And that the city-state was the first constitutional contractual state, an advanced city in all of human history.
