 ترجع أهمية وغاية هذا البحث إلى هدفين رئيسيين، الأول منهما: عام، ويتمثل في إلقاء الضوء على دراسة فتاوى ابن سراج الغرناطي کأنموذجٍ لکتب الفتاوى الأندلسية، حيث إنَّها تعد مرآة ناصعة وصادقة تعکس جهود ابن سراج مفتي غرناطة وقاضي الجماعة بها، في خدمة مجتمعه، ممَّا يُحقِّق مصالحهم ويناسب ظروفهم المتطورة في المجتمع الأندلسي، الذي کان يعاني عسف المناوئين من أعداء الدين، الساعين لإنهاء الوجود الإسلامي بهذه الرُّقعة التي عرفت أزهى حضارة آنذاک؛ وأمَّا عن ثاني الأهداف فهو خاص، ويتمثل في تناول الباحث بالدراسة للمضامين والقضايا التي تکمُن في مغزى هذه الفتاوى الثريّةُ بمادتها العلمية، التي هي جديرةٌ حقًّا بسد ثغرة من ثغرات الدراسات التاريخيّة والحضارية الأندلسية خاصة والإسلامية عامة، والتي ظهرت منذ وفاة شيخ مؤرخي الأندلس ابن الخطيب الغرناطي"(ت: 776هـــ/1374م)، وستحاول هذه الدراسة معالجة ذلک، في إطار عنوانها، من أجل الإفصاح عن الواقع الاقتصادي للمجتمع الغرناطي الأندلسي، آملًا أن تکون هذه الدراسة مُستهدفة إمداد المکتبة الإسلامية بدراسة جادة ونافعة بإذن الله؛ علاوة على أنَّ هذا الموضوع لم ينل حظّه من الدراسات الجادة والمتعمقة في هذا الجانب الاقتصادي .
The importance and purpose of this research is due to two main objectives, the first is general, which is to shed light on the study of the fatwas of Ibn Siraj Al-Gharnati as a model for Andalusian fatwa books. As it is a clear and honest mirror that reflects the efforts of Ibn Siraj, the
Mufti of Granada and the judge of the community, in the service of his community, Which achieves their interests and suits their advanced conditions in the Andalusian society, which was suffering from the abuse of opponents of the enemies of religion seeking to end the Islamic presence in this area that knew the most glorious civilization at the time;. As for the second goal, it is specific, and is represented by the researcher’s study of the contents and issues that lie in the significance of these fatwas, which are rich in their scientific material, which is really worthy of filling a gap in the gaps of Andalusian historical and civilization studies in particular, and Islamic studies in general. Which has appeared since the death of the Sheikh of Andalusian historians, Ibn Al-Khatib Al-Gharnati” (d.: 776 AH / 1374 AD), This study will attempt to address that, within the framework of its title, in order to reveal the economic reality of the Granada Andalusian society, hoping that this study will aim to provide the Islamic library with a serious and beneficial study, God willing. Moreover, this subject has not received its share of serious and in-depth studies in this economic aspect.
