التزوير فى مصر خلال العصر الرومانى Forgery in Egypt during the Roman era

التزوير يعد من أخطر الجرائم، إذ يساعد على انتشار الفساد بأنواعه المختلفة وقد فطنت الشرائع السماوية لهذه المفاسد الناجمة عنه فحرصت على درئها بموقفها القاطع تجاه هذه القضية فجعلتها من الکبائر الموبقات وقد ابتليت مصر بهذا الداء العضال عبر تاريخها الطويل بدءاً من عصورها القديمة مروراً بعصورها الوسطى والحديثة، ومن هنا کان اختيارى هذا الموضوع (التزوير فى مصر خلال العصر الرومانى) لمعرفة ماهيته، وأنواعه، وعقوباته لمواجهة هذه الجريمة خلال ذلکم العصر. علماً بأن هذه الدراسة بکر لم تُسبق على حد علمى بأية دراسة. وقد اقتصرت الدراسة على العصر الرومانى، نظراً لوفرة الوثائق البردية التى تناولت هذه القضية فى هذا العصر، وقد استخدمت المنهج الإستقرائى التحليلى فى عرض قضية البحث، واقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى محاور ثلاثة بين ملخص وخاتمة وثبت بالمصادر والمراجع التى قام عليها البحث. الملخص: بينت من خلاله أسباب اختيار الموضوع وخطة البحث. المحور الأول: مفهوم التزوير ويشمل (ماهية التزوير فى اللغة، شرح المصطلحات اليونانية التى وردت فى الوثائق البردية بمعنى التزوير). المحور الثانى: أنواع التزوير ويشمل التزوير فى(النسب، العقود، الوصايا، تسجيل البيانات، تزييف العملة). المحور الثالث: وفيه مطالب ثلاثة: عقوبة جريمة التزوير، الموظفون المختصون فى النظر فى جريمة التزوير، الفئات التى مارست جريمة التزوير، صفات المزور. الخاتمة: رصدت فيها أهم ما وصل إليه البحث من نتائج. 
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messengers, our master Muhammad, who was sent as a mercy to the worlds and after.Forgery is one of the most serious crimes. As it helps to spread corruption in its various forms, and the heavenly laws became aware of these evils resulting from it, so they were keen to ward off them with their categorical stance towards this issue, making it one of the major sins. Hence, I chose this topic (forgery in Egypt during the Roman era) to know its nature, types, and penalties to confront this crime during that era. Note that this early study has not been preceded to the best of my knowledge by any study, The study was limited to the Roman era, due to the abundance of papyrus documents that dealt with this issue in this era. The nature of the research necessitated dividing it into three axes between a summary and a conclusion, and it was proven by the sources and references on which the research was based. Abstract: It showed the reasons for choosing the topic and the research plan.The first axis: the concept of forgery, including(what is forgery in the language, an explanation of the Greek terms mentioned in the papyrus documents in the sense of forgery).The second axis: Types of forgery, including forgery in (descents, contracts, wills, data registration, currency counterfeiting). The third axis: It contains three demands: the penalty for the crime of forgery, the officials specialized in looking into the crime of forgery,the groups that practiced the crime of forgery, and the characteristics of the forger.Conclusion: The most important findings of the research are noted.
