الملخص :                       
الجامعات هي معاقل العلم وبيوت الخبرة القادرة على تخريج اجيال من الشباب قادرة على بناء مجتمعاتها وتنميتها، ومواجهة التطرف بکافة صوره، وبما أن المجتمع قد تحول الى مجتمع رقمي فقد استوجب ذلک تحولات في المؤسسات الجامعية في ظل هذا التحول بما يتيح للجامعة معرفة أفضل السبل للتواصل والتأثير بالشباب الجامعي ودعم مفاهيم المواطنة والمسئولية الاجتماعية لديهم، وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أفضل سبل وآليات التواصل الرقمي الحديثة التي يستخدمها الطلاب ويمکن لأعضاء هيئات التدريس عن طريقها معرفة افکارهم واتجاهاتهم تجاه القضايا المجتمعية وتقوية الصلة بينهم وبين طلابهم، وايجاد افضل طرق للتأثير الايجابي في فکرهم الناقد وقيم المواطنة لديهم بما يحقق خدمة وتنمية المجتمع، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واداة استبانة الکترونية طُبقت على 400 طالبا وطالبة من طلاب جامعة الأزهر بمختلف الکليات والتخصصات النظرية والعملية ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج أهمها : أن الطلاب يفضلون التواصل الرقمي مع الجامعة واعضائها عبر استخدام الواتس آب والتلجرام، بعکس المنصات الالکترونية المکلفة لهم ماديا والصعبة عليهم تقنيا، کما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية زيادة التواصل بين الطلاب والجامعة عبر عقد المؤتمرات والندوات واللقاءات وتفعيل الريادة والاتحاد والانشطة الطلابية عبر الوسائط الرقمية الحديثة وتدريب الاعضاء بالجامعة على استخدامها، للتواصل مع الطلبة في کل الاوقات وليس فقط في فترات الدراسة، وأظهرت الدراسة أن الأنشطة والفاعليات والمشارکات المجتمعية، التي يشترک بها الطلاب واعضاء الجامعة تقوي التواصل وتأثر ايجابا في قيم ومفاهيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي .
Abstract
Universities are the strongholds of science and expert houses able to graduate generations of young people capable of building their societies and developing them, and confronting extremism in all its forms, and since society has turned into a digital society, this necessitated transformations in the university institutions under this transformation to allow the university to know the best ways to communicate and influence the university youth, and support The study aimed to identify the best ways and mechanisms of modern digital communication used by students and faculty members can know their ideas and trends towards community issues and strengthen the connection between them and their students, and find the best ways to positively influence their critical thinking and the values of their citizenship in order to achieve the service and development of society. The study was based on the descriptive analytical curriculum, and an electronic resolution tool applied to the number of 400 students from  Al-Azhar University in various colleges, theoretical and practical disciplines and study teams, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is: that students prefer digital communication with the university and its members through the use of WhatsApp and Telegram, unlike electronic platforms that are financially costly to them and difficult technically, as the results of the study showed The importance of increasing communication between students and the university through conferences, seminars, meetings, activation of leadership, union, families and student activities through modern digital media and training university members to use them, to communicate with students at all times and not only in the periods of study, the study also showed that activities, events and community participation, shared by students and university members strengthen communication and positively influence the values and concepts of citizenship among university youth.
