مدى وعى الشباب بثقافة التسامح المجتمعى How well young people are aware of the culture of community tolerance

الملخص:
انطلاقاً من نظرية البنائية الوظيفية والتي تنظر إلى المجتمع على أنه بناء يتکون من عناصر مترابطة ،فإذا نظرنا إلى العنف فهو يعد نتاجاً لظروف اقتصادية واجتماعية مختلفة تتمثل في: البطالة والفقر والتفکک الأسرى وانخفاض دخل الأسرة ،وفى الوقت الحاضر يلاحظ أن هناک حاجة متزايدة إلى دراسة التسامح في المجتمع المصرى ودراسة ما يعترى هذه الظاهرة من تغير في الآونة الأخيرة .وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أبعاد قيم التسامح.2- الوقوف على دواعى الإهتمام بتدعيم قيم التسامح لدى الشباب.-تحديد الأدوار التى ينبغى أن تقوم بها بعض المؤسسات التربوية(الأسرة – المدرسة – الجامعة- وسائل الإعلام) في تعزيز قيم التسامح. وتکمن إشکالية الدراسة في التساؤل التالى: ما مدى وعى الشباب بثقافة التسامح المجتمعى؟ وما هو دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تعميق ثقافة التسامح والاختلاف؟ وکيف يمکن تفعيل هذا الدور؟ وتتحدد أهميه هذه الدراسة فى أن التسامح هو أحد الموضوعات الحيوية على النطاق المحلى والإقليمى والعالمى، وتحديد طبيعة التصورات العامة للتسامح لدى الشباب في المجتمع المصرى  ، والکشف عن بعض السبل والإجراءات التى تسهم فى التغلب على المشکلات التى تعوق تنمية قيم التسامح لدى الشباب وقد سعت الدراسة إلى تطبيق المنهج الکمى والکيفى فاستعانت الباحثة بالتحليل الکمى لإستخراج مؤشرات کمية يمکن أن نقوم بتنميط المتغيرات المختلفة المرتبطة بالتسامح وفقاً لها .ومن أهم نتائج الدراسةأن البعد عن الدين هو السبب الرئيسى لظاهرة العنف إلى جانب جملة من الأسباب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية.ويرتبط نشر ثقافة التسامح والسلام بالتنشئة الاجتماعية لقيمها ومفاهيمها. وترتبط ثقافة السلام بالقيم والمواقف وطبيعة السلوک الانسانى التي ترتکز على عوامل متنوعة وتحترم الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان.
Abstract:
Based on the theory of functional construction, which looks at society as a building consisting of interrelated elements, if we look at violence, it is the product of different economic and social circumstances: unemployment, poverty, family disintegration and low family income, and at present it is noted that there is a growing need to study tolerance in Egyptian society and study the recent change in this phenomenon. The current study aims to identify the dimensions of the values of tolerance. Identify the concerns of strengthening the values of tolerance among young people. The problem with the study is the following question: How well are young people aware of the culture of community tolerance? What is the role of social institutions in deepening the culture of tolerance and difference? How can this role be activated? The importance of this study is determined in that tolerance is one of the vital topics on the local, regional and global scale, and determine the nature of public perceptions of tolerance among young people in Egyptian society, and reveal some ways and procedures that contribute to overcoming problems that hinder the development of the values of tolerance among young people.One of the most important results of the study is that the distance from religion is the main cause of the phenomenon of violence along with a range of social, economic and psychological causes. The dissemination of a culture of tolerance and peace is linked to the socialization of its values and concepts.
