التمکين الاقتصادي للمرأة الريفية والتنمية المستدامة دراسة حاله على بعض المستفيدات من جهاز تنميه المشروعات بمحافظه بنى سويف Economic empowerment of rural women and sustainable development Case study on some beneficiaries of the project development system in Beni Souef Governorate

الملخص :
يشکل تمکين النساء و الفتيات محور خطه التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030 وشرطا اساسيا لکسر حلقه الفقر والجوع وسوء التغذية وتحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة وبالتالى فان تمکين المراه الريفية يعتبر من ابرز مقومات التقدم الاجتماعى والاقتصادى والتنمية المستدامة. والتمکين الاقتصادى للمرأه هو اساس تمکينها الاجتماعى هذه احدى الاستراتيجيات التى بنيت عليها خطط وبرامج تنميه المراة الريفية فى العالم .حيث ان تطويرامکانيات المراة المادية عبر تاسيس مشروع خاص بها من الممکن ان يفتح افاقا جديده للمشارکة الفعالة فى الحياه الاقتصادية فى مجتمعها . لذا يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على مدى فاعليه المشروعات الصغيرة فى تحقيق التمکين الاقتصادي  للمراة  الريفية  و اثر ذالک على الحياه الاجتماعية و الاسرية لها . ولتحقيق الهدف من البحث تم استخدام دليل دراسه الحالة والمقابلة مع الحالات التى تم اختيارها من المستفيدات من جهاز تنميه المشرعات فى محافظه بنى سويف ولهن مشروعات خاصه بهن . توصلت الدراسه الى بعض النتائج المتعلقة بالتمکين الاقتصادى للمراة الريفية من خلال امتلاکها للمشروعات الصغيرة واثر ذلک على حياتها الاسرية والاجتماعية.
Abstract:
Empowering women and girls is central to the sustainable development agenda 2030 and a prerequisite for breaking the cycle of poverty, hunger and malnutrition and achieving sustainable development goals. Thus, empowering rural women is one of the most important ingredients for social and economic progress and sustainable development. Economic empowerment of women is the basis for their social empowerment, one of the strategies on which the plans and programs for the development of the world's rural woman have been built. The physical creation of women through the establishment of their own project could open up new horizons for effective participation in economic life in Society.This research aims to identify the efficacy of small enterprises in achieving economic empowerment of the woman and its impact on the social and family life. To achieve the purpose of the research, the case study guide was used to address the selected cases of women beneficiaries of the female legislators development system in Beni Souef Governorate and have their own projects. The study found some results related to the economic empowerment of rural women through ownership of small enterprises and their impact on family and social life.
