الملخص :
 يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور المرأة المصرية فى مجال الدبلوماسية ، وذلک من خلال معالجة القوانين والتشريعات التى ساهمت وساعدت على اقتحام المرأة هذا المجال ، کما يلقى البحث الضوء على دور المرأة فى السلک الدبلوماسى المصرى ، هذا الى جانب الحديث عن واحدة من أبرز الدبلوماسيات المصريات وهى السفيرة " هدى المراسى " ، ومن هنا تأتى أهمية دراسة الدبلوماسيات المصريات ،  فقدلعبت المرأة المصرية دوراً بارزاًفى جميع الميادين ، وکان مجال الدبلوماسية واحداًمن هذه المجالات التى حققت فيها المرأة نجاحات ملحوظة داخليا و خارجياً، واستطاعت  أن تتقلد درجات متقدمة فى السلک الدبلوماسى ، وکان للأحداث السياسية التى مربها المجتمع المصرى أکبر الأثر على وضع المرأة ، فخرجت لتشارک فى جميع الميادين متسلحه بعقيدتها وإيمانها ، کما ساهمت بعض القوانين والتشريعات فى اقتحام المرأة العمل الدبلوماسى ،وتحقيق نجاحات کبيرة فى وقت قصير أهلتها للوصول إلى منصب سفير مبرهنة بذلک على تفوقها وکفاءتها ، وتعتبر السفيره  " هدى المراسى "  واحده من الرائدات المصريات فى مجال الدبلوماسية ، وواحده من اللائى حرصن على عکس الوجه المشرق والحضارى لمصر ، فقد کانت بلا شک أول دبلوماسية مصرية تبدأ التدرج الوظيفى من درجة ملحق دبلوماسى بعد تخرجها حتى وصلت الى منصب سفير ، وخلال تلک الفترة قدمت العديد من الخدمات للمصرين بالخارج ، کما حرصت على تحقيق مصالح مصر العليا حتى وافتها المنية .
 This research aims to study the role of Egyptian women in the field of diplomacy, by addressing the laws and legislations that have contributed and helped to storm women in this field. The research also sheds light on the role of women in the Egyptian diplomatic corps, in addition to talking about one of the most prominent Egyptian diplomats, namely Ambassador "Hoda Al-Marasi", Hence the importance of studying Egyptian diplomats, Egyptian women played a prominent role in all fields, and the field of diplomacy was one of these areas in which women achieved notable successes internally and externally, and were able to take advanced degrees in the diplomatic corps, and the political events that he went through The Egyptian society has the greatest impact on the status of women, so I went out to participate in all fields, armed with its faith and belief, and some laws and legislations contributed to the woman breaking into the diplomatic work, and achieving great successes in a short time that enabled her to reach the position of ambassador, thereby demonstrating her superiority and efficiency, Ambassador Hoda Al-Marasi is considered one of the pioneers of Egyptians in the field of diplomacy, and one of those eager to contrast the bright and civilized face of Egypt. She was undoubtedly the first Egyptian diplomat to start a career progression from the level of a diplomatic attaché after her graduation until she reached the position of ambassador, and during that The period provided many services to Egyptians abroad, as it was keen to achieve the interests of Upper Egypt until it passed away.
